Mending
Each and every meter at Latif is carefully screened and mended before being forwarded for processing. Full screen mending department is committed to keep the high international standards of products, and this is possible only because of our highly experienced supervisors and dedicated team work strive for excellence.
Processing
We have in-house consultants to provide technical expertise to our partners for determination of process route and selection of dyestuff and auxiliaries to meet customers' quality protocols. We can use both pigment and reactive dyestuff that is AZO-Free and Oeko-tex permitted, which enables production of exact shades, time after time, and which effectively ensures both consistency, as well as reliability.
Cutting
Our cutting department is equipped with sophisticated cutting machines with the capacity to cut 50,000 meters cloth per day. Our cutting procedures are streamlined after thorough evaluation and calculations under the supervision of our experts. Total commitment to international quality standards and service has been our main goal in our quest for perfection.
Stitching
Our stitching unit is equipped with a wide range of 200 Hi-tech modern sewing machines, which have potential to stitch huge quantities of products with extreme perfection. Our products are stitched under the guidance of highly experienced, trained and skilled workers.
Packing
A lot of hard work goes in vain, when the product is damaged on delivery due to poor packaging. At Latif, we give great importance to packaging the products so as to deliver them to our customers, nice and secure.
Quality Control
As an Oeko-Tex certified company Latif International has set continuous Quality Improvement goals to meet the international standards and its objects.
The visual inspection of grey and finished fabric products is conducted according to 4-point (Demerit Point) system. Our quality control procedures are on the guidelines of ISO 9000 and OEKO TEX standards.
We pride ourselves that we not only check the quality of the finished product, but also we have an extensive system of in house quality and process controls to ensure the best quality products.
